MoU Signed Between Doctor Dorkar and Delta Health Care, Mirpur Limited

Doctor Dorkar has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Delta Health Care, Mirpur Limited, marking a significant milestone in strengthening coordinated healthcare services in Bangladesh.

The MoU signing was completed today in Dhaka in the presence of senior representatives from both organizations. Through this strategic collaboration, Doctor Dorkar will facilitate patient referrals and healthcare coordination, while Delta Health Care, Mirpur Limited will provide comprehensive hospital and diagnostic services to referred patients.

This partnership aims to enhance patient access to quality diagnostics, inpatient and outpatient care, ICU, NICU, and dialysis services through a structured referral and reporting system. The agreement also ensures transparency through system-generated referral tracking and monthly reconciliation reports.

Speaking on the occasion, the leadership of both organizations emphasized their shared commitment to improving patient experience, ensuring ethical healthcare practices, and expanding access to reliable medical services. The collaboration is expected to benefit patients by simplifying healthcare navigation and improving service efficiency.

The Memorandum of Understanding was signed on behalf of Doctor Dorkar by Md. Abdus Sabur, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and on behalf of Delta Health Care, Mirpur Limited by Wing Commander Ahsan Al Mamun (Retd), Managing Director.
